The art of raclette cheese in 52 melting recipes
Delicious and convivial, simple yet authentic, raclette tends to please everyone, whether in Switzerland or beyond. You probably know it accompanied by gherkins, a jacket potato, some pickled vegetables... Yes, but what else?
At Haute Raclette, while the cheese remains the star of the show, the toppings are diverse and invite you on a culinary journey. There's something for every taste and every season: opt for a summer creation with candied peppers, an autumnal raclette with chestnuts and dried meat, or be surprised by the combination of goat cheese and grilled pineapple. For the more adventurous, embark on a trip to Japan with the raclette featuring wasabi and pickled ginger: a guaranteed change of scenery!
